Trips abroad
KS3 – There is an opportunity to travel to France and where appropriate, to Germany. In the past, we have travelled to Paris, Berlin and Northern France, where students will have the opportunity to use transactional French in an authentic situation.
KS4 – Students will have the opportunity to travel to France/Germany. In the past we have travelled to the Black Forest and more recently to the French Alps to visit our partner school.
KS5 – There is an opportunity to organise a work experience placement abroad, either with Halsbury travel, or independently with our partner schools. This is an opportunity for the students to use their advanced language skills in an authentic setting without the presence of a teacher.
