Once again, St Mary’s students have demonstrated incredible qualities of determination, resilience and perseverance throughout the challenges of the pandemic. Today, our Year 13 students received the rewards for their efforts with an excellent set of A Level and Level 3 BTEC results. These will enable them to take up their places at prestigious universities of their choice up and down the country and for others to take up high quality apprenticeships.

There were many great personal achievements by our pupils. These include:

Edward Torpey-Aldag with A*A*A in History, English Literature and German who will be studying History at Oxford University with his brother Jude who will be joining him to study English having already achieved A*A*A at St Mary’s.

Sophie Smith with AAB in English, Sociology and Psychology off to Newcastle University to study Law.
