Dear Parents and Carers
We are conducting our annual checking exercise of the personal data and information that we hold on our school database for pupils. This information includes parental and emergency contacts, addresses, contact numbers, email addresses etc. It is obviously very important that this information is accurate on our system to ensure that we can make contact with you should we need to, as well as ensure that you receive our communications. We are also in the final stages of setting up our new Parental App – Arbor – and need to make sure we have correct details for all pupils.
As is the case with most schools, our main method of communication is now email so it is vitally important that we have your correct email addresses.
Over the next few days, we will therefore be sending a physical letter in the post for you to check the details and contact us if there are any changes.
If you have moved house or do not wish to receive a physical letter in the post to check these details, please contact the [email protected] 0115 639 7531 and we can confirm your email address and email it to you. If we do not hear from you by 9am on Wednesday 8th December we will post these forms.
Once you receive the form, if you have any changes to make, these need to be emailed to [email protected] or amended, signed and returned on the paper copy to the front office.
If you have no changes, you need to confirm this on email or again by signing and returning the paper copy.
