What are our arrangements for handling complaints from parents of children with SEND about your provision?

If you have any worries or concerns, or you wish to make a complaint, then please contact the SENCO Cath Moor and Margaret Todd in the first instance: [email protected]. The SEND team will be able to provide support and hopefully a resolution to your issue. If this is not possible, the complaint should be put in writing to the Head teacher, in line with the complaints policy of the academy.

If you require a copy of our policies, please contact the school and we will print them off and send them you by return of post. This will be done free of charge.
